IN Design Arke Handleless Kitchen
The Arke kitchens become a meeting point between creative expression and spontaneity.
These kitchens are available both with groove and handle version.
Arke doors are made from 22 mm thick MDF panels, they have a glossy,
matte and microtextured finish. The glossy lacquered doors undergo a
special finishing process (brushing) that makes them similar to glass;
six layers of paint are applied on each side, which makes them
particularly resistant to grease, vapours and moisture.
With a small surcharge customised colours are available on Arke doors.
Arke carcasses are built with class 1 (≤8 mg/100 g EN 120/95 standard)
particle board panels (UNI EN), which are water-repellent (V 100),
with the lowest formaldehyde emission, 18mm thick lined with
scratch-resistant cellulosic support (UNI 9428/89 Level 4) available in
white and anthracite grey colour options.
The edges of the carcasses have 0.4 mm thick melamine edging which
gets bonded on with polyurethane glues. The front side of the carcasse
has dust-proof and soundproof thermoplastic edges.
These units have 4mm thick wood fibre backs, which are coated with melamine.
With a small surcharge lacquered doors are also available
in RAL Colours to make your kitchen bespoke and unique to you.
