Conceptual design
Working either from architects plans or following an initial visit to the property, Iren is able to build a conceptual design for you which she will present with the assistance of the very latest CAD design software.
Iren will help plan and bring your space to life with examples of kitchen frontals, appliances, handles, flooring, tiles, and worktops as well as other potential design features such as amazing wallpapers, radiators, glass splashbacks, lighting and outdoor living products.
We can introduce you to our stunning kitchens and products from specially selected suppliers so you can see for yourself the range of possibilities open to you. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and are determined to uphold the highest levels of quality throughout our design and installation service.

Adaptable Kitchen Design
Our journey with ‘In Design Kitchens’ has been rather protracted, beginning with a recommendation from our previous kitchen designer. We needed a complete refurbishment of said area to update and provide a different and more modern perspective; most notably this was going to include a small round projection into the garden to accommodate a curve housing the sink and other units, no-one else seemed to be able to draw the curve on plan for the design to provide the correct housings – but Iren could where others had failed! To be succinct, six months later the building issues cost had risen exponentially and our original design became, to our very great disappointment, untenable. We decided to use the room’s original sleeve, Iren rose to the challenge of adapting the kitchen range and each pored-over choice of cabinets, light fittings and appliances within this different space, taking time to allow us to consider all the implications and tweaks we wanted; she was adaptable and patient with her pernickety clients! Iren welcomed us to the showroom and visited site whenever necessary and found numerous samples for us to peruse. Iren listened to us and we were able to plan the building works required for preparation and to include some materials we had particularly wanted, such as the floor tiles where she was helpful with the sourcing and to make the best choice. When the space was ready to fit, her Kitchen Fitter, Pete, was careful and meticulous. So, what about the end result? … Stylish, modern, well considered design with quality components. We love it!

Our front patio needed a lot of work. A lot of uneven steps and half the existing tiles were either broken or had come off. The step onto the kerb was broken. Iren’s tiler did an amazing job levelling all steps and the Ca’Pietra flagstones look fantastic. And it all come to below the other two estimates I got!
